Background: A great dental and biomedical interest had been paid to silver nanoparticles because of their antimicrobial activity. Objective: To evaluate the cytotoxic activity a newly developed Nano-silver fluoride that was synthesized from moringa oleifera leaf extract against S. mutants. Material method: The green synthesis method used prepare extract. minimum inhibitory concentration bactericidal were evaluated using brain heart infusion plates, while cytotoxicity by hemolytic Results: bacteriostatic effect (MIC 60 ppm MBC 120 ppm) diameter inhibition zone increased as increased. It toxic at high concentrations nontoxic low concentrations. Conclusion: is good material be in arresting preventing caries it safe on humans.
